Pavietra: Medusa
New England Pale Ale
Pavietra is a great crushable and hazy New England Pale Ale to pair with our favorite hops. Medusa was one of the earliest commercial cultivars of the subspecies neomexicanus, and remains perhaps one of the most unusual. Its multi-headed cones (hence the name Medusa) at first glance seem to prepare us for bright aromas, which in our refreshing ale explode with the smells of ripe juicy Asian melon and tropical guava. Classically cloudy and refreshing, neoclassically tropical and juicy!
