Berliner Weisse with fresh Feijoa
Every year we release a special brew during the fresh feijoa season. This year is no exception, but the choice of style turned out to be quite unusual. The taste of tropical feijoas is delicate and smooth, and in order not to spoil the unusual aromas of the fruit, we decided to combine them with a light, refreshing base in the historic German Berliner Weisse style. The light, refreshingly sour Berliner perfectly emphasizes the muscat taste with notes of wild strawberry and guava, while the tempting hazy color resembles a high autumn sky, drawn by a thin veil of clouds.
