Chvalia: Huava i manha

We are starting off with yet another new series, which we decided to call “Chvalia” (“wave” – in Belarusian). These will be sweet & tart ales with the addition of various fruits. We heavily infused this one with guava and mango puree. It has a rich yellow-orange color, a bewitching tropical smell and the taste of multifruit juice – sweet and slightly sour-astringent at the same time, with an expressive guava profile that resembles quince, pear and lemon, and a bright mango that seems to carry you out on the waves to warm and calm sea.
