Bliskavica: HBC 472 & Vista
DDH New England IPA
If you garnish a glass of Bliskavica with a slice of lime and an umbrella, it is very difficult to distinguish this drink from a tiki cocktail. The bright HBC 472 and Vista, which we generously used for a dry-hopping, filled the already tropical New England IPA with the flavors of fresh mango skin and refreshing coconut water. With each new sip, the ringing “Aloha!” seems to come from the glass itself!
