And this time it is also very unusual, because it is a New England IPA fermented with two strains of yeast at the same time – classic New England and Belgian Farmhouse. Generously hopped with aromatic, resinous Simcoe, this IPA retains the familiar juicy character of New England ales, while the Belgian nature resonates with warm aromas of black pepper and dried wildflowers. A real Christmas treat!
