Lichamanka: Centennial
Single Hop Double IPA
Centennial is another classic American hop variety that brewers have been using for quite a while. It has an intense citrus aroma with punchy lemon notes, hints of flowers and herbs, which work beautifully for IPA, APA and other variations of pale ales. We traditionally tried to get the best from the hops, so while making the beer strong and bright, we balanced it with mild and juicy bitterness of the hops that does not overshadows everything else.
