Slota: Mosaic
Belgian-style IPA
Belgian-style IPA is a strange beast. It gets it pequliar taste from all those phenolic and etheric undertones a really special yeast strains produce. So, we decided to work in this direction, and that’s how a new series of hoppy ales called Slota was born.
The fantastic yeast combines with Mosaic hops beautifully. Bright citrus, tropical cocktail, and even some forest berries shine through like crazy, then blend with light tones of ground black pepper and cloves. Oh, what a smell, what a taste, what a unique experience! Or, simply put, it’s a wonderfully balanced beer, just try it.
