Abšar: Talus

At the end of summer, we’re releasing a new one in our series of Double Wheat IPA, which perfectly matches the time of hops and wheat harvest. We used the juicy and overall wonderful Talus neomexicanus hop variety, which brought a bright aroma of fresh grapefruit, subtle smells of an oak grove on a warm day, and just a little bit of pine resin to our soft and hazy IPA. It really is our little harvest celebration.
