Together with our friends from Carousel Brewery, we spun in a fun collab and came up with an original and controversial beer, brewed specially for the opening of the Spin “carouselly” bar. It combines features of several different styles at once: the beer is both sour and sweet, hazy and aromatic. To make it juicy as hell, we used autochthonous American hops – Sabro and Talus – and got that punchy cocktail with some coconut, sage, citrus zest, stone fruit and juice, juice, juice, pure juice.
