Chaliera: Centennial

Our new West Coast-style IPA Chaliera is all about Centennial hops this time around. Its history goes hand in hand with the development of the craft beer industry, and the classic status of this hop should not detract from its cultural value and taste. Iconic to many breweries and legendary beers such as Sierra Nevada Celebration Ale, Bell’s Two Hearted Ale and Founders Centennial IPA, it infuses our IPA with aromas of young pine cones, bitter pink grapefruit and subtle hints of young rosehip blossoms. Bitter, aromatic and surprisingly drinkable, our Chaliera is a great addition to a leisurely conversation at the bar or a pleasant dinner at home.
