Chaliera: Sabro
American IPA
The newest release is another classic American IPA from the Chaliera series. The interesting difference between this one and the others is, of course, the use of the fantastic Sabro hops of the best 2019 vintage. We made the new Chaliera distinctively bitter, yet surprisingly balanced, thanks to the addition of a small amount of special malts. Pleasant notes of juicy tangerines, wet hop leaves and lime tonic combine perfectly in our house ale. Cheers!
