Chmara

If you are feeling a huge dark cloud has covered the sky and stops the light from breaking through the evil curtains, you need click pause on everything and take a slow sip of our imperial oatmeal stout. This “Chmara” (“cloud” in Belarusian) eases your worries at least for a while and lets you enjoy the life again. With this one we start a new series of imperial stouts that emphasize the soft texture of oatmeal.

This Chmara is pretty basic, with no adjuncts added. The beer has a truly brutal appearance: an opaque black-brown color and a persistent bronze foam head. The smell is dominated by aromas of coffee and cream, some roasted beans. The body is fluffy, dense, creamy, and the velvety taste reveals notes of chocolate, nuts and fried oatmeal. This nutritious drink is designed and destined to be fun!
