Cyklon: Citra & Idaho 7

Another release in our Cyklon series, and this time we’ve continued our research into yeast strains popular in the Northeastern US. To create the soft and smooth body of our Double IPA, we added wheat malt and wheat flakes to the classic base, dry hopped it with juicy Citra and Idaho 7 hops. These bangers brought a nice combination of citrus zest, grapefruit juice and ripe mango aromas to our Cyklon. Gentle bitterness, light, barely noticeable haziness and soft aftertaste create a pleasantly balanced and insidious drink.
