Imperial Smoked Baltic Porter
Dryhva is a rather rare guest in our series of releases. But when we manage to get quality smoked malt, Malanka brewery is unstoppable. In the new Dryhva, we combined a balanced malt bill with a high percentage of super-aromatic, beech-smoked German malt with ale yeast (inspired by the approach of famous Estonian masters from Põhjala) and long aging at low temperatures. Velvety, rich, incredibly fragrant and warming, this Baltic porter is perfect for summer evenings by the fire, which slowly fade into a gentle morning.
