Dym: Ajva
Lichtenhainer with Quince
We are big fans of forgotten german style of Lichtenheiner, so here goes another one. Crushable and sour, brewed with peated barley and wheat malt, it is perfect for hot summer days and light summer meals. We conditioned it atop a strange fruit – japanese quice from the north of Belarus – which it usually considered inedible (it’s super sour), but if plays perfectly with our sour and smoky base. This one’s perfumy, pleasant and simply mouthwatering.
