Triple Black Cold IPA × Collaboration with Spin Bar, Carousel Brewery
For the third birthday of the SPIN bar, we brewed something completely unusual together with the guys. A fairly new Cold IPA style, where the classic West Coast is fermented with lager yeast at medium temperatures, we’ve taken it to the max. That’s why it’s triple (!) black (!!) super-hopped with the tropical trinity of Galaxy, Simcoe, Sabro (!!!) Cold IPA. It seems to us that no one has done this before! Strong but balanced, black but with a clear tropical aroma, our collaborative effort will not leave you indifferent. Happy Birthday, SPIN!
