Imhla: Sabro
New England IPA
So guess what? We are launching another new series for you, lovers of hazy and juicy (and crushable!) beers. As in all our other New England IPAs, we use a huge amount of whirpool hops in our new Іmhla line (“fog”, “haze” in Belarusian) for the most vivid hop aroma and taste. And this time its our fave Sabro – still a relatively rare variety, derived from the American autochthonous neomexicanus hops (which have absolutely no connections to European hops). Here it plays beautifully with a bright combination of coconut, melon candy, stone fruit, subtle notes of cedar wood, mint and green tea.
