Berliner Weisse with Sea Buckthorn
Imža: Abliapicha — the continuation of our German-style Berliner Weisse series, produced by an authentic mixed fermentation method with our house yeast and bacteria blend. In this new version we added the incredibly delicious berries — sea buckthorn from one of Belarusian organic farms. Heavy amounts of berries at the stage of secondary fermentation made the beer more complex: it has a beautiful hazy yellow color, an expressive berry aroma and a refreshing taste, complemented by pleasant sourness.
