For another SPIN BAR birthday we’ve decided to go even further beyond East Coast IPA experimentation. Together with the guys, we brewed a Double New England IPA with lots of wheat and oats, hopped it at all stages with super juicy Australian Galaxy year 2022 , and for the first timeused the wonderful Simcoe Cryo hops, which is the improved version with all the most delicate aromatic components preserved. Incredible aromas of pineapple, juicy peaches and fresh oceanic hops are gently accented by light pine and citrus undertones, while a dense and hazy body creates a gentle canvas for these distinct flavors and aromas.
