Laźnia: Biaroza i Eŭkalipt

Once a year, when the weather turns colder, we release a special brew for sauna lovers. We add sauna brooms at the end of the boil so that the future drink gets special aromas of leaves. They pair beautifully with the smoked malts we use in this beer. So we try to make the profile as similar as possible to the unique smell of the sauna. This time we used birch brooms specially prepared for us and added a small amount of highly aromatic brooms made from far away eucalyptus leaves. New Laznia is a straw-colored light beer with wooden and peated notes, refreshing smell of birch leaves and a subtle aroma of menthol, a soft hop aftertaste and a rather distinct bitterness. A great one for a great activity!
