Lichamanka: El Dorado

Now it’s time for a good old Double IPA! The new Lichamanka is SMASH (single malt and single hop) again, i.e. beer made from one kind of malt and one sort of hops. While the base of the first Lichamanka was vienna malt, now we mash exclusively with pilsner malt to make the IPA even more pale and focus exclusively on hops. And there is a reason for that – we are using the bright and super-fresh El Dorado of the 2019 crop! Its soft bitterness, bright fruity aroma with hints of pineapple, feijoa and pear perfectly match the thick malt base and high ABV.
