Lichamanka: Sorachi Ace
Single Hop Double IPA
Before the now popular neomexicanus hops appeared, Sorachi Ace hops was considered to be the most extravagant. It лічыўся найбольш экстравагантным. It appeared in Japan in 70s, but craft breweries started using it only around 00s, when american breweries faced shortage of american hops. Sorachi Ace has quite unusual aroma, so while citrus and green tea is pretty familiar, garlic and dill is smth new for sure. It’s also rich on alpha-acids, thus fits an IPA perfectly. We used it this time for our West Coast-style Double IPA. It smell of lemon zest ang matcha tea, some crushed white pepper and cilantro, it’s bitter and damn tasty. Come get it!
