Double IPA
Another lichamanka – and yet another new hops in our classic West Coast Double IPA. Topaz is not as popular a variety of hops as the more famous Galaxy and Vic Secret, but it is quite interesting with its high level of alpha acids and unusual aromas of warm pine resin and tropical lychee. It is no wonder that our new DIPA turned out to be noticeably bitter and aromatic. And that’s why we love it!
