When the heat wave comes, we try to brew weather-appropriate drinks. This time the popular Mexican cocktail Michelada gets a new incarnation in our tomato gose. Extra fragrant grapefruit juice, appetizing smoked tomato base, hot fermented habanero mash create a refreshing combination, light and very rich at the same time. Salud!
