Most classic styles are pretty familiar to all of us. But there are some pretty difficult to try nowadays. English Dark Mild is of the styles that is possible to find only in small and cozy British pubs. Very crushable (most often not higher than 4% alcohol), but at the same time wonderful in its malt complexity, it usually attracts those who want a more rich taste without a high ABV. We used traditional English Maris Otter Pale Malt, added some special and roasted malts to emphasize the excellent taste of hazelnut nougat, toffee and coldbrew coffee, lightly hopped our Mild with traditional East Kent Goldings hops, which brought a barely noticeable honey aroma. This drink perfectly suits a slow conversation at the bar or a pleasant dinner by the fire.
