Mitrenha: Citra & Mosaic & Simcoe

All previous releases in the Mitrenha series we did exclusively with the native American neomexicanus hops. This time we decided to turn to another page of American hop growing history and used some of the most popular varieties: Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe. With them, our new double IPA got the familiar flavors of sweet lime, dried grapefruit peel and young pine shoots. Pleasantly bitter, dry, both classic and modern, this IPA is perfect for chill spring evenings.
