Mlosć: Sabro & HBC 472
American Pale Ale
A new one in the Mlosć series, and another of our experiments with base malts. This time, instead of pale Pilsner malt, we decided to use a slightly darker Vienna, which added nutty tones to the taste of Mlosć, similar to roasted hazelnuts or nougat. And together with the most interesting autochthonous neomexicanus hops Sabro and HBC 472, which brought distinct flavors of coconut, lime zest and pine nuts, we got a rather light, soft, but distinctly bitter drink with a warming autumn taste.
