We have been patiently waiting for the moment when we feel confident enough to work with lager yeast and test our strength on a real lagered Baltic porter. In our new release from Morak series, we used the best, exclusively German light and dark malts, a German strain of lager yeast, and to make this porter taste like a real slice of rye bread from the shores of the Baltic Sea, we added rye and cumin. Lagered for four months to get that unmatched balance of lager porter, it is full of delicious flavors of dark bread, chocolate chip cookies and juicy prunes. Imperceptibly black and super-strong, a glass Morak reveals a palette of warming flavors. It’s damn delicious!
