All our releases from the Muson series, dedicated to the Catharina Sour style from South America, are slightly acidic beers with the addition of tropical fruits. This time we used a wonderful combination of sweet and fragrant mango with fresh and juicy pineapple, creating a refreshing summer drink, as if straight from Costa Rica or Brazil.
