Beet Soup Gose × Collaboration with Cosmic City
Nick Holodnik is the result of collaboration with our friends from Russian brewery Cosmic City. It is a cold soup gose with beets (yep, you read it right), cucumbers and some herbs (green onions, dill, peppers, bay leaves), inspired by the national dish of several Eastern European cuisines. We eat these thing when it’s becoming nice outside, when the warmer days outfight the winter nights, and we encourage you to enjoy it as much as we do!
