Pavaloka: Talus
Triple New England IPA
Pavaloka Talus is something new for us, as this Triple New Endland-style IPA is hopped with a relatively new hops variety Talus, which entered the market only the previous year. And it smells like no other – you may taste dried rose petals, sage leaves, grapefruit pith and even some lemon zest. All this goodness wrapped in a fluffy, hazy, slightly sweet and warming drink just makes you wanna drink one after another, and who are we to judge?
