New England Pale Ale

The new Pavietra is a sip of light and refreshing drink that is so needed right now. This time, we generously hopped our usual delicate and hazy base with El Dorado hops, quite rare for us, which brought soft aromas of pineapple, pear and barely noticeable notes of anise. A tiny pretty treasure in a glass.
