Pavietra: Enigma
New England Pale Ale
Summer is over, but we don’t want to stop, so next up is our favorite Pavietra, a New England-style Pale Ale. This time we generously hopped it with the excellent Australian Enigma hops, which brought pleasant flavors and aromas of sweet and sour white grapes, red currants and ripe melon. There is still time to enjoy this wonderful weather and, hopefully, equally wonderful beer!
