New England Pale Ale
Our recent New England Pale Ale from the Pavietra series is dedicated to a new hop variety for us – Lemondrop, which is a descendant of the legendary Cascade. It adds a subtle aroma of lemon zest, some sweet lemon candies and a mild taste of fresh milk oolong to this light and hazy pale ale. And probably is as refreshing as a cup of freshly brewed Chinese tea with citrus.
