Pramień: Abliapicha

Marrying our beloved brett saison with our favorite berry is labor of love for sure. Pramień was brewed with aged hops, fermented with our blend of yeast and Brettanomyces, aged in oak wine barrels for half a year, and then conditioned on sea buckthorn berries for some more time. These oily drops of amber smell like Baltic wind mixed with pine needles and iodine from sea algae, and they lend those fantastic aromas to our saison. Spiky, a little saline and funky, it is best enjoyed chilled, cracked open fast to burst out all the marine flavors at once.
