Ručaj: Northern Brewer

A new variety from our Ručaj lager series is the same classic Czech 12 Plato pils, but with an interesting twist – the only hops we’ve chosen this time is British Northern Brewer grown by our local Belarusian hop growers. Clean bitterness, the color of the late autumn sun, crisp taste of freshly baked bread and aromas of a damp cedar grove create the perfect lager for colder September days. And a reliable lager yeast strain, long aging at low temperatures do the rest. Cheers!
