Another Salsa, another journey! This time we are experimenting with the traditional Japanese teriyaki sauce – an integral part of the culinary inventions of this eastern country. We added spicy chili, fragrant ginger, soy sauce, a little garlic and wasabi to our usual dense tomato base. The result is an interesting drink, salty-sweet, thick and warming. An explosion of umami flavors in your glass!
