Smuha: Enigma & Ekuanot
Double New England IPA
New Year, new NEIPA, new hops. We are now using the freshest Australian Enigma for the first time. Like some other oceanic hops, it brings a touch of wine to the palate, as well as tones of pineapple and lychee. The second hop we used – American Ekuanot – completed the beer with citrus and pine undertones. Together, this wonderful mixture creates an interesting and complex profile, as well as a pleasant, long-lasting, but not excessive bitterness in the aftertaste.
