Smuha: Medusa
Double New England IPA
Our first encounter with Medusa hops turned out magical, and this is another experiment with 100% neomexicanus. It’s not that bitter, but full of myrcene, creating the aroma of tropical forest in a glass. Peachy apricot, cocnut, over-the-top melon (watermelon jam maybe?). This is a yoghurt for adults, believe it or not.
