Tajfun: Citra & Mosaic

Our new series inspire us to keep getting better and better. Tajfun is another new addition to Malanka lineup, where we went outside the box and made a triple (yes, triple!) dry-hopped New England-style Double IPA with an incredible amount of hops. For the first brew in the new series, we used the reliable Citra and Mosaic, and they created a real miracle. You can search for tropical fruit, juicy citrus flavors in this IPA , but to be honest, it’s a natural hop juice that smells just like hop pellets from freshly opened packages of the best and freshest American varieties, and almost carries away with unusual aromas and flavors.
