Another summer Typhoon is upon us! This time we combined, perhaps, the southernmost hop varieties on the planet – Australian Galaxy and Eclipse in our drunk cocktail. If you’ve never been to a hop plantation, rest assured – this is what a tropical orchard smells like. And it is these aromas of amazing fruits that fill our hazy, rich and thick New England Double IPA. Cheers mate!
