Tajfun: Sultana & Sabro Cryo

The new Tajfun is the same super hoppy New England Double IPA as always, but with an interesting twist. Previously, in the varieties of this series, we used reliable hops, with which we have been brewing our beer for many years. This time we went a different way and together with the usual but juiciest Sabro Cryo of our favorite 2019 crop, we used the new-to-us Sultana hop, which transformed our TDH NEDIPA into a true Pina Colada, where Sabro is responsible for the aroma of fresh coconut, while the new Sultana adds strong flavors of tropical pineapple. But, of course, with such a strong hopping rate, all this can be hidden behind the clear taste of hop juice, which we love so much. We hope you will like it too!
