Trasca: Simcoe & Sabro
Triple IPA
New Trasca is our tribute to the great American IPAs from the US Southwest. Strong, loud, they are always ready to surprise, warm, and awaken faith in the fact that craft beer is here to stay. For another iteration of Trasca Triple IPAs, we’ve decided to use the seemingly unusual combination of the reliable Northwestern Simcoe with the New Mexican Sabro. But together, these disparate varieties have created a big, thick, bitter, aromatic IPA with distinct pine needle aromas, cedar bark and a sense of being in the middle of the towering evergreen pine groves of northern California that are perhaps older than the term “IPA”. Onward to an interesting journey!
