Belgian witbier is still as mysterious a style to us as it was back when we weren’t even thinking about opening our own brewery. Therefore, each brew of Vietraź is a real journey into the unknown. This time we decided to stick with the the classic addition of orange peel, but replaced the usual coriander with an unusual bay leaf. A strange ingredient in beer, which is more commonly seen in soup, added pleasant aromas of lemongrass, eucalyptus, black pepper and even tropical bubblegum to our witbier. In addition, we dry hopped our wit for the first time and added a small amount of Vista hops. The new Vietraź is truly unique and we invite you to enjoy it as much as we do.
