In our neat experiments with the classics we came close to the very original recipes of Belgian witbiers. But we are so fond of this excellent representative of Belgian brewing, so this time we decided to leave the aromatic coriander in and replace the orange peel with lemon peel. Just as hazy and straw-coloured, refreshing and super-spicy as the original, but with its own unique character, where you can feel the light aromas of limoncello and a breath of wind on the Amalfi coast of Italy – the homeland of juicy Sfusato Amalfitano lemons.
