Vyraj: Idaho Gem & Mosaic

What’s a milkshake IPA? Yes, it’s what you’ve imagined it to be – extremely juicy and sweet ale, most often with the addition of fruit. We went further and made not just a milkshake, but a triple one – even more juicy, sweet and strong. Two types of hops act as the main aromatic engine in this beer: Idaho Gem, which appeared on the market just a year ago, and always up-to-date and over-the-top wonderful Mosaic. The first one is responsible for berry and grassy undertones, while the second one gives that tropical and citrus punch. To emphasize this feast of aromas and tastes, we added mango puree to the secondary fermentation, which made our milkshake even more vibrant and tropical.
