Zavieja: Citra & Simcoe

Zavieja is truly a series for experimentation. We usually experiment with different combinations of interesting hop varieties, but this time we are trying something completely new. In the new Zavieja, we used exclusively British malt and oat flakes from the famous Crisp Maltings malt house. With its help, we got a beautiful hazy Double New England IPA, similar in color to limoncello, and the addition of the freshest Citra and Simcoe hops brought bright aromas of citrus mix and pine needles, which together resemble quite interestingly the smell of fresh pineapple. Let the haze craze live strong!
