Znička: Mosaic
New England IPA
We continue our experiments with a new series of hazy IPAs called Znička! This time, we not only loaded Znička with juicy Mosaic hops, but also added a plant-based lactose analogue to make it a little sweeter and silkier, similar to a real creamy milkshake cocktail. And the aromas of tropical pineapples turn every glass into a desired pina colada.
