Grisette is an understated Belgian style that keeps us going. Did it even exist? And if it did exist, was it really drunk by Belgian miners to quench their thirst after a hard day? Maybe it’s just a lighter version of Belgian season? There are only a few historical studies of this style, with the help which we built our grisette, but to make it more modern and attractive, we hopped it with bright American Citra and Mosaic. It is a beautiful straw-yellow drink, light and refreshing, quite bitter, filled with aromas of dried meadow flowers and exotic citrus fruits. We do not know whether we managed to look behind the veil of mystery, but we invite you to taste this interesting blend of legends and modernity.
