Our ongoing line-up of bitter, familiar US West Coast-style IPAs called Chaliera is back, and this time we&#8217;ve turned to one of the first American natives from the state of New Mexico, Zappa hops. It brought interesting notes of fresh peppermint, juicy pink guava, pine shoots and a nice wet feel to our distinctly bitter IPA.
